Electronic Discovery and Evidence Online Course Connections

The first step is to login to your online account at eDiscovery Education Center (www.edec.com) and familiarize yourself with the course on-demand instructional content, which should now be under your “Courses” tab.  This set of 18 on-demand videos will cover Legal and IT eDiscovery topics.  Certain videos will be part of your viewing assignment each week.  You can start and stop the videos, though you do need to watch it in its entirety to complete the assignment.
The second step is to review the eDiscovery Online Course Syllabus (click here). This will provide you with a more in-depth look at the subject areas we will be covering as well as the required reading and viewing of the on-demand instruction.
The third step is to make sure you have a complete set of the course publications and that the CD-ROM ebook is loaded on your computer. It will be invaluable during the course. If you have not received your publications please let me know.
