Federal Law Database

Access to the Federal Law Database is Available with a Free or Premium Membership

This database contains eDiscovery case digests and rules applicable to the federal level. It will list noteworthy eDiscovery cases such as the five Zubulake decisions, O'Keefe, and many others. Just select the keyword relevant to your search to view the cases, and click the Search button.

The cases are cross-referenced by the abbreviation "EDE" to the Arkfeld on Electronic Discovery and Evidence treatise for additional explanation and cases.
