Course Player Help

Please review the steps for fixing common problems in the following list of browsers.  If you are still having problems with the player, please contact us and we will work to get the problem resolved as soon as possible.

Safari Users

Safari has a default setting that blocks cookies from third parties.  The LawCLE Center delivery platform is hosted on a third party for reliability and performance.  In order to view the videos in Safari perform the following steps:

1. Click the "Safari" menu item in the top left corner of your screen
2. Click "Preferences..." in the drop down menu
3. Click "Privacy" in the top menu of options
4. Change Block cookies from "From third parties and advertisers" to "Never"

Chrome Users

Chrome has a default setting that blocks cookies from third parties.  The LawCLE Center delivery platform is hosted on a third party for reliability and performance.  In order to view the videos in Chrome perform the following steps:

1. Click the "Chrome" menu item in the top left corner of your screen
2. Click "Preferences..." in the drop down menu
3. Click "Under the Hood" in the menu on the left
4. Click "Content Settings..."
5. Uncheck the box that says "Block third-party cookies from being set"
